On the Presence and Significance of Information Redundancy in Dynamic Control Processes

The results of the analysis of the presence of information redundancy in various areas of management activity are contained. The causes of significant information redundancy in dynamic control systems have been studied in detail. The results of modeling information redundancy in the operation of standard automatic controllers are presented. The dependence of the quality of regulation on the amount of redundancy of information in the signals of dynamic control is determined. On the basis of the performed calculations and simulation results, a new law of cybernetics has been formulated.
Keywords: information, redundancy, control, dynamic processes, signals, correlation, emergence
