Analysis of Network Control System Topologies and Interaction Schemes for Swarms of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles
Received on 11.11.24
Accepted on 17.02.25
The communication system is an essential part of the autonomous unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) design system. It must take into account various factors, including the effectiveness, reliability and mobility of UAVs. In addition, to combine several unmanned aerial vehicles into a system, it is necessary to include a set of communication devices that facilitate the exchange of information, the distribution of tasks and the collaboration of a swarm of drones. This article provides an analysis of protocols that support wireless communication technology as a communication solution to support a group of drones. Mesh networks are also discussed as a modern technology that can be used by unmanned aerial vehicles.
Keywords: network control system; network control system model, wireless technologies, autonomous system, unmanned aerial vehicle, swarm of drones, wireless communication mesh network
